With over 140 engineers located throughout the UK, we deliver an unrivalled level of after sales, preventative maintenance and response support service. Our service engineers are trained at our dedicated in-house Training Academy and are all fully qualified electricians and gas engineers with extensive experience. Each engineer works from a fully equipped and GPS tracked vehicle carrying specialist tools and a wide range of bakery spare parts to cover most eventualities.

Reactive Maintenance

With access to over 140 qualified engineers located throughout the UK we can provide a 24hr breakdown service covering a wide range of bakery equipment. Our own trained engineers are supported by our Workshop and a team of experienced call handlers to assist with the diagnosis of problems. Currently we process around 75,000 calls every year and have an excellent first time fix rate with 95% of breakdowns repaired on the first engineer visit.


Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Planned maintenance program can eliminate many of these avoidable costs and improve energy efficiency and operational safety. Scobie offers customized maintenance contracts according to individual needs.

Our engineers will undertake a complete health check on the equipment and replace any consumable components to ensure that your equipment is working efficiently and safely. Our qualified engineers will also assess compliance with the general cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and if necessary provide additional training to your staff on site to ensure they are taking care of the equipment.
